May

Since April was such a busy month, especially with traveling, we decided to spend May enjoying life at home. Daniel loves his new playset-- as he should. (Thanks Daddy!!)He learned how to put on his own shoes so now he'll up and run out in the backyard. (Double thanks to Daddy for teaching him how to do it!)

 

We're building more garden boxes and are loving growing more fruits and vegetables. We're even trying to grow an avocado tree!

 

We went to the Houston Dynamo's Soccer game as a date this month! We're grateful Aunt Becky watched our boys so we could take the bus in to the stadium--just us. It was really fun! Except for the part where they lost and didn't even score. That was not very cool.

 

Jace is getting bigger by the day, literally. He's already in 12 month clothes. He loves to talk to you and always has a whole lot to say! Our little Jason is a very handsome boy.

 

Dan Dan is taking a greater interest in reading books, and helping to read. He also loves to be sung to and wants you to sing songs over and over again so he can memorize them. You can even see him practice while you sing! He counts to 14 pretty easily and knows quite a few letters. He is very loving to his brother and really tries to be a good helper.

 

Michelle finished the top of her quilt and now all that's left is to do the actual quilting together part. She is so close to finishing!! She's been working with the boys to get them on a good sleep routine and is loving it.

 

Joseph is continuing to get his exercise playing flag football, (softball season is over now). He loves riding his motorcycle to work. He stays busy with work and serving with the Young Men. But he does a good job balancing work and life-- finding time to be a good daddy and husband here at home. We love him so!
